Before you read this post, please scroll down to the previous video post by Ms. Johnson! Let’s get serious about this thing! I signed up this morning – it took all of five minutes, and the site has all sorts of goodies! Food and exercise trackers, diaries – this is stuff I pay for at Weight Watchers! So come on ladies (and gents too) lets get the team together and get down the pounds!
Ok, well, wasn’t the Superbowl great!!! I really liked the yellow pants guys, their ” tight ends” were much nicer!! Did the social scene all weekend: ate good food and drank really good beer and wine. I pretty much stayed within my points until Sunday!! Sorry, just couldn’t say no to BBQ pulled pork, chips and cake! But I didn’t go too overboard and I did not slack off on the exercise.
Folks, exercise will always be your saving grace! Like the last few posts have stated, your body responds well to exercise and will allow you (sometimes) to have that little splurge now and then…
Monday morning , the scale said 206.00 – no loss but no gain either. Went for my walk, same. Weighed the same at the meeting.
This morning – I weigh every morning, obsession I know – the scale said 203.4. Jumped on and off about 25 times and still the same. Went for my walk – same, 203.4. So I don’t know if I was retaining water from all the chips and salt I had that weekend, but I’m going with the second number. Yay!!
So, looks like I have a little less than three weeks to hit my mini-goal of 199 by 02-21-09! I Can Do It!!
