So I’ve started jogging again on a semi-regular basis. basically whenever I can get out of the house. My mom and I have worked some things out, so I should be able to jog/run everyday now.
The sweets are under control mostly because they aren’t any left in the house. I ate them all. lol. I haven’t gone anywhere near a scale because if it says 170 I will cry my eyes out. Talk about being depressed. My fiber intake has been pretty decent, so that’s something to be happy about.
Now on to contest news:
I’ve only received two e-mails form Divas with your name and e-mail addresses and phone numbers. Come on ladies – it’s hard to get this show on the road if I don’t have folks info. To those of you who have sent me your info I will send you login info this week so you can start writing your own testimonies and sending in pics. To those of you who haven’t – here’s what I need from you:
1. Your real names. I just have screen names. Can’t do much with those.
2. Your e-mail addresses. For me to send you login info. for Sweet Potato Pie so I can get those pics and updates:-)
3. Your addresses so Ms Tracy can send you your t-shirts and sweatshirts as you reach your first 10 and 20lbs.
Congratulations to Ms. Tracy on her OUTSTANDING weight loss! You look like a whole new person. I’m so impressed. Hell, I just have to lose 26lbs and you’ve lost 65+. I’m so glad you sauntered into my life. lol. The power of the Internet, boy I tell you.
