To get the maximum results out of any exercise you should use the correct technique. The best way to learn good technique is one on one, but since we can’t get to every gym around the world we’ve got the next best thing, exercise instruction videos and pictures!

Each video is a demonstration of how to do the exercise using correct technique. There is also additional information, tips, pictures and links on the video pages to help you get the best results using the exercise. If you need help with any of these exercises just ask on our forum.
